These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and Squeen ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator"), governing your access to and use of the website located at squeen.cam and all associated services, including online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, instant games, and any related promotional activities.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

• You do not hold any other active account on the Squeen platform. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account.

Squeen reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and may result in forfeiture of any outstanding bonus balances.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address. The provision of false or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Squeen will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login details.

You must notify Squeen immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of your account security. Squeen reserves the right to freeze or suspend any account that is reasonably suspected of being accessed without authorisation, pending investigation.

Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You must not permit any third party to access or use your account on your behalf. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of who performed it — is your sole responsibility.

Squeen accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX bank transfer, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT.

Deposits: All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Minimum deposit amounts and specific terms for each payment method are displayed at the point of deposit. Squeen does not charge deposit processing fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified prior to your first withdrawal.
• All active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be met before real-money withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as your Squeen account.

Squeen reserves the right to decline any withdrawal request that cannot be satisfactorily verified, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the account will be reviewed and the Player notified through registered contact details.

Squeen offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement which must be completed before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While bonus funds are active in your account, a maximum bet cap applies — typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per wager. Placing bets exceeding this cap during an active bonus may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette typically contribute between 10% and 20%.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Unused or incomplete bonuses will be forfeited upon expiry. Common expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of activation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time. Players must complete or forfeit an active bonus before a new one can be claimed.
• Squeen reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to disqualify any Player found to be abusing bonus systems.

All gaming and betting activity on Squeen is subject to the specific rules governing each game type or sporting market, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any technical malfunction or dispute, the outcome recorded in Squeen's server logs shall be considered authoritative.

Sports Betting: Squeen offers betting markets on a wide range of sporting events including, but not limited to, EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, FA Cup, UFC, MMA, and other global sporting competitions. Bet settlement is based on official results from the relevant governing body.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation.
• In the event of a match abandonment or postponement, Squeen's specific rules for that sport and competition will govern the outcome of affected bets.
• Squeen reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any individual bet or market at any time.
• Obvious pricing errors on any market are void. Squeen reserves the right to cancel bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.

Casino & Live Games: All games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology (for virtual games) or streamed from licensed live dealer studios. Game outcomes are determined independently of Squeen's commercial interests. Stated RTP (return to player) percentages are calculated over a statistically significant number of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Squeen platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and may result in permanent termination and legal action where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing any restriction placed on a prior account.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole-card information in poker or coordinating chip dumping in live table games.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or deliberately exploiting pricing errors across markets.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to access the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of location masking.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward Squeen staff or other platform users.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in any game or platform feature to gain an unfair advantage.

All content on the Squeen platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Squeen or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent from Squeen.

Any unauthorised use of Squeen's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws and may give rise to legal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Squeen's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Squeen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or any other economic loss arising from use of the platform — even if Squeen has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Squeen makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Squeen is not responsible for losses arising from platform downtime, internet connectivity issues, device failures, or events outside its reasonable control.

Squeen reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable promotional terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Suspected engagement in fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any prohibited conduct outlined in Section 8.
• Account inactivity — accounts that have recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant and subject to administrative fees as specified in the applicable dormancy policy.
• A valid self-exclusion request from the Player.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Bonus balances are forfeited immediately. Where termination is initiated by the Player at their own request, and no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable fees) will be returned via the Player's last verified payment method.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Squeen holds its international gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and Squeen, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Squeen's support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in circumstances where immediate relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
